The young royals released their family Christmas cards last week, and it was little Prince Louis who truly stole the limelight in the Cambridge's festive snap.
But while his adorable chubby cheeks and grin took centre stage, it turns out that we all missed another heartwarming detail within the card elsewhere.
Princess Charlotte, who is posed between her parents Kate Middleton and Prince William, can be seen wearing a blue cardigan in the snap.
But it's not just any old cardigan, as it's actually belongs to her older brother Prince George.
And it's not just a regular hand-me-down either, as it was actually the same jumper Prince George wore to celebrate the Queen's 90th birthday in 2016.
It seems like Princess Charlotte often takes style tips from her older brother, as it's not the first time she has been spotted wearing the cardigan.
The young royal actually sported the same sweater for a snap with her newborn baby brother Prince Louis earlier this year, so it seems like it holds a special meaning for the family.
It appears as if the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are fans of recycling their tots' clothing, as other reports suggest that Prince Louis' white bloomers belonged to Prince George once upon a time, too.
"The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are pleased to share a new photograph of their family," shared Kensington Palace with the image.
"The photograph, taken by Matt Porteous, shows The Duke and Duchess with their three children at Anmer Hall, and features on Their Royal Highnesses' Christmas card this year."
The festive photos were released on Friday, alongside another from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
The newlyweds' snap was taken from their wedding earlier this year, and the pair could be seen looking across a lake at their reception at Frogmore House in May.
Fireworks explode in the sky over the lake, creating a truly stunning scene for the couple's card.
"The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are delighted to share a new photograph from their Wedding Reception at Frogmore House on 19th May," shared Kensington Palace.
"The photograph, which was taken by photographer Chris Allerton, features on Their Royal Highnesses' Christmas card this year."
