I'm A Celeb runner-up and all-round queen Emily Atack learned how to love herself during her stint in the jungle, but that didn't stop online trolls for attacking her curves, her freckles and just about everything else.

But, the Inbetweeners star has the perfect response to the keyboard warriors stat at home picking at her appearance, telling them: "We are all unique."

The second-place jungle champion shared a snap of her taken on the Gold Coast before she went into camp, writing: "Some have rock hard abs, some have a bit of jam roly poly. It's all ok."

Twenty-eight-year-old Emily landed back in the UK this week, and was left sickened when she discovered how many people had made comments about her body.

"Can't believe the amount of articles and comments about my bod," she said, adding that she'd never use a slimming app to alter pictures of herself again.

Emily's confidence in her appearance was something she struggled with before entering the I'm A Celebrity jungle following a painful break-up, but she told hosts Declan Donnelly and Holly Willoughby how she'd learned to find self-acceptance again.

"I worry about things constantly. I've learned to accept who I am. This is my skin, my hair, this is what I look like," she explained.

Admitting she's spent 'a lifetime wearing armour', she added: "Coming here I realised I don't need to be anything other than myself.

"I've been stripped bare here and not a single person has judged a bone in my body."

Emily's confidence might've been knocked once more when king of the jungle Harry Redknapp revealed he thought she had 'no chance' with his son Jamie Redknapp while she was in the jungle with no make-up.

He said she 'scrubbed-up well' and looked 'beautiful' after seeing her with make-up, and later added that she's 'too good' for his footballer son.
