Danny Dyer has insisted that his daughter Dani Dyer is still with her Love Island boyfriend Jack Fincham, despite her announcing that they had split less than a week ago.
The EastEnders actor appeared on The Jonathan Ross show on Saturday, and said that Dani hadn't split up with Jack and that it is all 'bullsh*t'.
Host Jonathan Ross cut straight to the point with Danny and asked him the question we all want to know the answer to: are our favourite Love Island couple actually over?

He asked Danny: "We were following their romance and were thinking it's so lovely and it's really working, and he met you and then Dani put [a message] on her Instagram [that they had split]."
Danny told Jonathan that the pair had simply had a row and in the heat of the moment Dani posted the shocking statement before taking it down just hours later.
He said: "Jon, they've had a row. They've had a row, she's got a bit emotional and I think she has whacked that [message] up and immediately regretted it.

"You know what women are like... I'm just saying she got a little bit irate, screaming and shouting, the ultimate way to punish him maybe. I don't know what was going on but I can tell you now, they're sweet."
To clarify, Jonathan asked Danny again if the pair had split, and he replied: "They're sweet as. They've had a little argument as we all do, we all have tear ups.
"Don't declare nothing to the world, I've told her this. That was my bit of fatherly advice. It is okay, it is all sweet."

Danny also took the opportunity to address the rumours that had been circulating claiming that he had been trying to split the young couple up.
He said: "He's a good kid. Apparently I've been begging her to leave him, all these stories coming out. It's crackers. I don't understand where it comes from. He's good as gold, everyone is sweet. Merry Christmas everyone!"
The country was sent into shock on Thursday night when Dani posted a statement to say her and Jack had split as they realised 'they weren't for the long-term'.

Jack hasn't addressed the split on his social media, however, he was reportedly overheard discussing the break-up with a friend.
In a conversation that was secretly recorded, a friend suggested that reality TV couples "break up for publicity when it goes quiet".
And according to Mail Online, Jack said: "I'm not like that though - that's her."

The Love Island star continued: "I'm not being funny yeah, but if it was on the other foot would you have done it? I said you, listen yeah, you made your decision. You, I've not said a word to no one. I've been posting what I normally do.
"I said when you've been and gone tomorrow, post on Instagram saying I've made a mistake, I'm sorry and that's what you're gonna be doing. I'm not getting back with you."
Jack reportedly joked: "I won that show not her, I was the funniest one on it!"
