Michelle Obama's eagerly-anticipated new memoir, Becoming, isn't just a book to pick up on your commute, then put down and forget about. To coincide with her US promotional speaking tour for the book, the former first lady has also given fans a 25-piece line of merchandise featuring her most inspirational quotes to remind them be a bit more Michelle every day. And who doesn't want to be that?

The American-made line of merch includes womenswear and baby clothes, mugs, enamel pins, notebooks, candles and tote bags covered in her own feel-good mantras including "Find your voice," "Excellent from the start" and her infamous quote from the 2016 Democratic Convention: "They go low, we go high."

Becoming, her long-awaited memoir, means as well as former First Lady, mother, wife and author, Michelle will soon add 'New York Times Bestseller' to her list of accolades. Becoming sold a massive 750,000 copies on its first day and, according to the Associated Press, more than 1.4 million copies in its first week.

The book gives fans of the former FLOTUS a glimpse into her fascinating life. From her childhood, to juggling the demands of motherhood and work and, of course, her time in the White House. She guides readers through her successes and failures and the wisdom she learnt from both along the way.

And, while you wouldn't expect anything less from Ms Obama, all net proceeds from her merchandise will be donated to Global Girls Alliance, which is a program of the Obama Foundation, which supports and campaigns for the education of girls across the world.
