I’m A Celebrity 2021 Cast Rumours

I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! 2021 seems a while off at the moment, especially with Love Island 2021 due to start in late June.

But that doesn't mean people haven't started talking about their winter fix of I'm A Celeb and who could possibly be on it.

The cast isn't usually confirmed by ITV until mid-November time just before the show is due to air, but there are already a number of celebrities rumoured to be in the cast. If these are proven true, this is one heck of a lineup!

Little Mix's Jade Thirwall and Love Island's Tommy Fury are among those rumoured to be interested in taking part. Nadiya Hussein is also thought to be entering the jungle this year - she'll no doubt be allocated as the camp chef.

And with Piers Morgan quitting Good Morning Britain, surely he needs something to fill his time?

Here's the full rundown of the people we think could be in I'm A Celeb 2021.

I'm A Celeb presenter Ant told Lorraine Kelly on her ITV show at the end of May that he thinks the former Good Morning Britain presenter would be a good fit in the 2021 lineup.

And it's not like he couldn't get the time off, as Ant said: "He's not working at the moment, so you know, he'll be looking for a job."

Lorraine replied: "He's got a bit of time on his hands, who knows."

Jade Thirlwall

As the only member of Little Mix who isn't currently pregnant, it's possible Jade Thirlwall could be joining other celebs in the jungle this year to keep herself occupied.

The 28-year-old singer told Heart FM that she's open to the idea of going on the show, which should be perfectly timed with Leigh-Ann Pinnock and Perrie Edwards going on maternity leave.

During the interview, she said she's "good at creepy crawlies" and she'll try anything once.

Jade previously appeared on Celebrity Bake Off and was revealed as Queen Bee on The Masked Singer.

Boxer and Love Island runner up Tommy Fury was considered for I'm A CelebI'm A Celeb before, according to Digital Spy.

But with lots coming up in the boxing world of late, he might be too busy to come on the show - you never know.

Bake Off winner and TV presenter, Nadiya Hussein, would be the mother figure of the group if she came on I'm A Celeb - don't you think?

It appears that seeing Nadiya sporting the khaki shirt and red shorts is weather dependent though. She told The Guardian that she had been asked to be in the 2020 series, but she turned it down and now regrets it.

"It's just so cold in Wales: if I'm going to have cockroaches in my pants I'd rather it be in the sun, thanks." We can't argue with her there.

"Still, I can't help wondering what it would have been like." Never know, ITV might ask her again?

Lucy Fallon

Corrie's Lucy Fallon, who plays Bethany Platt on the soap, had ben in talks with the show's producers since 2018. That's according to The Sun.

After politely declining a chance to go on the 2018 series, Lucy had confirmed she'd be on the 2019 series of I'm A Celeb. But for whatever reason, it wasn't meant to be.

"Lucy is bubbly, funny, down-to-earth and game for a challenge, so she is a great fit for I'm A Celebrity," a source told The Sun.

Perhaps 2021 could be her year?

According to Digital Spy, the Drag Race UK star said she'd be game for swapping heels for walking boots during an appearance on Lorraine.

"I'm petrified of spiders but get me to that jungle, I'd do it," she said. "What a great life opportunity that I'm never going to get again... I am all for that!"

The Drag Race star announced in May that she'd be appearing in Emmerdale this year as the show celebrates its first Pride.

And speaking of Lorraine, fans have wanted the show's presenter to compete for the title of Jungle Queen for several years now, but we're yet to see her swap the studio for the bushes.

Sadly, Lorraine doesn't seem interested in appearing on I'm A Celeb or any of ITV's reality TV shows. She told The Mirror she "doesn't want to eat a kangaroo's bum." Can't say we blame her there.

Perri Kiely

Known best as one of the Diversity dancers, Peri Kiely is no stranger to the reality TV world. He competed on Strictly Come Dancing and he's also a Kiss FM radio presenter.

The dancer told Digital Spy he'd be up for the bushtucker trials. He said:

"Jordan [Banjo] has been in the jungle, and I love that normally everyone comes out and they're like, 'Oh my god, it was the greatest experience of my life. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.'

"Jordan came out and was like, 'That was the worst thing I've ever experienced. Never send me back in there again.' So I've got, like, two perspectives of it. But I'd like the challenge. So yeah, get me in there, why not?"

Matt Baker

Rumours circulated about TV presenter Matt Baker appearing in I'm A Celeb last year.

When he left The One Show after nine years, viewers thought it was to go and compete in the reality TV show. But rumours were just rumours.

In an interview with Hello mag though, the 43-year-old said he wouldn't rule out going on the show. "I am reluctant to say no to anything without having a good think about it," he said.

John Barnes

Former professional footballer, John Barnes, is no stranger to reality TV.

Since retiring from football in 1999, he's appeared in a whole host of TV shows, including Celebrity Big Brother (2018), Celebrity Masterchef, Strictly Come Dancing, and Celebrity Supermarket Sweep.

The 57-year-old former Liverpool player said he'd be open to I'm A Celeb, according to Digital Spy.

Staying with the pro-footballers, Eric Cantona, french actor, director and former pro-footballer, is another possible contender for the 2021 I'm A Celeb series.

That's if the show can pay him enough - apparently he turned down a £1 million offer from ITV to be on the show in 2017, an ITV exec told BBC 5 Live.

Despite that, ITV bosses are still keen to get him in the jungle. He was on top of their wishlist for the 2020 series.

Show producer Richard Cowles told The Sun: "I just like the idea of Eric Cantona talking in French and coming up with really profound things. That would be good."

Roy Keane

Former pro-footballer, Roy Keane, is Ant and Dec's dream contestant, they told The Sun.

I'd love to see him treat his fellow campmates with the same disdain he treats Gary Neville, Jamie Carragher and Jamie Redknapp," Dec told the publication."He'd be no-nonsense, he wouldn't put up with stupidity from the others. He's top of my list."

Mark Labbett

Mark Labbett would be the second The Chase star to enter the jungle, after Anne Hegerty went on the show in 2018.

According to Digital Spy, Mark has previously turned down or ruled out I'm A Celeb and said he'd rather dance on Strictly. But who's to say 2021 won't be his year?

Stephen Mulhern

TV presenter and magician, Stephen Mulhern, said he'd go on I'm A Celeb for £3 million - he's been talking to Eric Cantona.

He told The Mirror: "I don't know if you're aware but in terms of eating, I've got a very, very plain palate and the thought of putting stuff in my mouth... I don't know if I could do it.

"I think that show is the only thing that could break me, because the idea of doing the stunts and the heights and the jumping out of a plane, that would have to be top dollar to even consider it."

"I think that show is the only thing that could break me, because the idea of doing the stunts and the heights and the jumping out of a plane, that would have to be top dollar to even consider it."

Jokingly, he said: "How much are we talking for me to do it? I can't believe we are talking about this but how about £3million and I'll do it?! Alright if you can get half that I'm in!"

So possibly £1.5 million to get Stephen in a bushtucker trial? We'd do it for that too!

I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! airs on ITV in mid-November. We'll let you know as soon as a start date is confirmed.
