Kim Kardashian has said there's no way her marriage to Kanye West can be reconciled, despite rumours that Kanye is fighting to get Kim back.
In legal documents seen by Press Association, Kim, 41, has asked that their marriage be terminated, stating that no 'counselling or reconciliation' will be of any value.
The documents read: "I submit this declaration in support of my request for an order bifurcating and terminating the status of my marriage to respondent, Kanye West.

"... Irreconcilable differences have existed and continue to exist between (West) and me, which have caused our marriage to irretrievably break down.
"No counselling or reconciliation effort will be of any value at this time.
"There will be no prejudice to (West) if our marriage is immediately dissolved, especially given the fact that throughout our marriage, we adhered to the terms of our premarital agreement and maintained the separate property character of our assets."
Kim went on to say that both she and Kanye "deserve the opportunity to build new lives" and asked that her request to terminate the marriage be granted.

"I have been attempting to settle our dissolution with (West) since I filed for divorce in February 2021," the documents continued.
"I have requested several times that (West) agree to bifurcate and terminate our marital status.
"(West) has not responded to my request.
"(West) and I both deserve the opportunity to build new lives. Therefore, I am asking that my request to bifurcate and terminate our marital status be granted."

Just last week, Kanye performed at the Free Larry Hoover concert - which Kim attended - where he sang Runway and aimed it at Kim. He sang: "I need you to run right back to me. More specifically, Kimberly."
And a few weeks ago, speaking at an LA Mission Thanksgiving event, Kanye said: "The narrative God wants is to see that we can be redeemed in all these relationships.
"We’ve made mistakes. I’ve made mistakes. I’ve publicly done things that were not acceptable as a husband, but right now today, for whatever reason - I didn’t know I was going to be in front of this mic - but I’m here to change the narrative."

Meanwhile, speaking on the Drinks Champs podcast at the start of November, Kanye said Kim was 'still his wife' before adding he's 'never seen' the divorce paper work and explaining he wants them to reconcile.
“My kids want their parents to stay together. … I want us to be together,” he announced in the interview.
Hmmm, does this mean there's no hope for Kimye?!
