Stacey Solomon has confessed that she feels "guilty" over the passing of her beloved dog Theo, who sadly died on Boxing Day morning.
The Loose Women star was devastated over the loss and has been flooded with messages of love and support from fans and friends.
Although Theo has been part of Stacey's family for the last 11 years, she couldn't help but feel "so sad and guilty" over his passing.
Speaking to her 4.9 million Instagram followers on Wednesday morning, Stacey said that she had finally gotten around to reading their kind messages and that they had brought her great comfort after the heartbreaking loss.

Sharing an adorable photo of baby Rose to her Instagram Story, she wrote: "Hello everyone. Last night when everyone was sleeping (the time of night Theo would sit on my lap and it would be just us) I sat and read your messages.
"Thank you. I can't even tell you what comfort your kind words brought me. Knowing lots of you knew and cared about Theo through here makes me feel so much less alone.
"I feel so sad and guilty for some reason I don't know why but even with all of those feelings your kind messages made me smile and for that I am so so grateful. Love you all to the moon and back."
Stacey added that the family's second dog, Peanut, was "extremely sad" after losing Theo.

She wrote: "We are giving him all of the cuddles and love and he is cuddling Rose like a hot water bottle so hopefully he will be back to his jumpy happy self soon."
The 31-year-old then shared just some examples of the wonderful messages she had been sent.
First sharing the sad news on Sunday, Stacey had dedicated a special tribute post to Theo on Instagram, writing: "The best friend we could have ever wished for. Our hearts are broken. Yesterday at home in our arms we had to say goodnight to our Theo. 11 wonderful years.
"We were so lucky to love you Fifi and we will never stop."
