Fans Baffled By Rihanna's New Savage X Fenty 'Bare-Bum' PJs

We usually adore Rihanna’s Savage x Fenty line, but we’ve spotted one set in the sleepwear line that we won’t be purchasing…sorry Ri Ri.

The singer, 33, took to Instagram to show off some of her latest designs for her inclusive underwear line, but not everyone was loving these more unique pyjamas.

The blue tartan PJ’s looked perfect to wear in time for the Christmas holidays, surrounded by your family – that is, until the 'Rude Boy' singer turned around.

Yep, these otherwise cute and cosy jim-jams from the Tied-Up Tartan range actually mean you’ll have to bare your bottom…maybe not so family friendly after all?

Taking to Twitter, many were left disappointed by the design, which usually retails for $49.95 (or around £37.55).

People couldn’t help but poke fun at the bare bottom PJs, with one person writing: “Rihanna with them IBS pajamas!”

“Rihanna needs to chill, for real,” said a second person.

A third added: "The Fenty pyjamas Rihanna had on only look good on her."

And a fourth said: “Rihanna is making assless flannel pyjamas now. good for her"

A fifth didn’t mince their words when they said: “Those Rihanna pyjamas with the butt cut out is the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen."

While a sixth joked: “Don’t y'all get them Rihanna pyjamas with the ass crack out. She can pull it off you’re going look like a plumber.”

But not everyone disliked the unique and daring look.

“I need to get me some of these pyjamas!” raved one fan, as another said: “I need those Rihanna pyjamas ASAP!”

Hmmm…these aren’t going to be on our Christmas list.

In other Rihanna news, it turns out we’ve all been saying her name wrong (perhaps these pyjamas are her form of revenge).

During the an interview promoting her latest Savage X Fenty Show, Rihanna teased the sound of her elusive ninth album and suggested it will be totally unexpected.

“You’re not gonna expect what you hear, just put that in your mind,” the 'We Found Love' singer shared coyly with Associated Press. “Whatever you know of Rihanna is not gonna be what you hear.”
