Princess Beatrice Gives Birth To Baby Girl

Huge congratulations to Beatrice and Edoardo!

Huge congratulations to Princess Beatrice and her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi who have just welcomed their first child together.

The news was announced in a press release from Buckingham Palace, which said: "Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice and Mr Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are delighted to announce the safe arrival of their daughter on Saturday 18th September 2021 at 23.42 at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, London.

Congratulations to Beatrice and Edo! (

"The baby weighs six pounds and two ounces.

"The baby's grandparents and great-grandparents have all been informed and are delighted with the news. The family would like to thank all the staff at the hospital for their wonderful care.

"Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well, and the couple are looking forward to introducing their daughter to her big brother, Christopher Woolf."

Beatrice and Edoardo announced their happy news back in May.

"Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice and Mr Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are very pleased to announce that they are expecting a baby in autumn of this year," the announcement read.

"The Queen has been informed and both families are delighted with the news".

It comes after Beatrice and Edoardo married in July of last year.

The pair tied the knot in a small ceremony at The Royal Chapel of All Saints in Windsor alongside The Queen, the now late Prince Philip and close family, after their initial May 29th wedding date was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Edo also has a four-year-old son, named Christopher, from a previous relationship.

We're so happy for you guys!
