The star's staple look is her luscious lips, but Faye has said she has had to make the decision to get them dissolved.
And now, she has revealed the results.
Watch the video below:
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Faye said: "thank you so much for all the message saying you like them without the filler".
Will she be keeping the natural look though?
Faye went on to say: "I'm going to be taking all your lovely comments and throw them out the back window of the car because I'm having filler put back in".
Thanks to a 'lovely challenge in the villa', Faye had been left with two 'lumps' in her top and bottom lip. Though she said she doesn't blame 'anyone', she admitted the problem is 'purely because of the challenge'.
"As you're aware", the star said, "one side is bigger than the other". She went on to explain that two 'lumps' had formed - one on her top lip, and one on the underside of her bottom lip. Once her fillers have been dissolved, she'll be getting them re-done minus the damage.
Faye placed the blame 'purely on the challenge', though she didn't mention which one specifically ended up damaging her lips. She clarified that it 'isn't anyone's [who participated in the challenge] fault' or 'any practitioner's fault prior [to the challenge]'.
The 26-year-old has been brutally honest about the work she's had done in the past.
On Love Island, she spoke about the last time she had her fillers dissolved, stating they looked like the - ahem - private parts of an '80-year-old'.
Though we don't know exactly how long it's been since Faye rocked the natural look, she once said she was gifted breast enlargement surgery for her 18th birthday due to her insecurities.
Either way, we think the Love Island star looks positively gorgeous - with or without her lip fillers.
