Fans React As Britney Says She Will 'Go And Set Things Square On Oprah'

After the news that Britney Spears is now free from her conservatorship, she took to Instagram to post a video about her next steps and how thankful she is for the #FreeBritney movement.

In the caption posted alongside the clip, Britney wrote: "I might as well do a hint of my thoughts on the gram before I go and set things square on @Oprah 🤔😜🤷🏼‍♀️ !!!!! I mean who knows … I do know how embarrassing is to share the fact I’ve never seen cash or wasn’t able to drive my car ….

"[B]ut honestly it still blows my mind every day I wake up how my family and the conservatorship were able to do what they did to me … it was demoralizing and degrading !!!!

"I’m not even mentioning all the bad things they did to me which they should all be in jail for … yes including my church going mother !!!

"I’m used to keeping peace for the family and keeping my mouth shut … but not this time … I have NOT FORGOTTEN and I hope they can look up tonight and know EXACTLY WHAT I MEAN !!!!"

In the clip, Britney talks about being grateful for each day and seemingly small things like having the keys to her car, owning an ATM card, seeing cash for the first time and being able to buy candles.

She says she's "not here to be a victim" though and is here to "be an advocate for people with real disabilities and real illnesses" and hopes her story will "make some changes in the corrupt system".

Britney also says that her "voice was muted and threatened for so long" but that the #FreeBritney movement had saved her life by raising awareness.

Fans flocked to the comments to share their support.

One commenter said: "Britney we love you so much and I am so happy for you".

Another wanted Britney to know how much they cared: "OMG IM ACTUALLY CRYING BRITNEY SAID WE SAVED HER LIFE AND SHE DOESNT KNOW SHES SAVED US SO MANY TIMES MY HEART I WANNA HUG HER".

While this fan was grateful for Britney's honesty: "She’s finally answering REAL questions 👏".

Britney also mentioned wanting a baby in another Instagram post now that she's free from the conservatorship. Sharing a picture of a young child's legs on their tip toes, she wrote in the caption: "I'm thinking about having another baby !!!"

We're so excited for Britney to live the life she wants now!
