You Can Stay In A Hotel Inspired By 'Game Of Thrones'

A Game of Thrones-inspired hotel has made a return to Lapland for another year, and it is the perfect mini-break for die-hard fans of the HBO fantasy series, which is soon approaching its final season ever.
There's plenty of different rooms for fans to stay in, each with sub-zero conditions to brave - you do get a high quality thermal, fur-lined sleeping bag to snuggle up in though.
The immersive Game of Thrones-themed village is here for winter in the Finnish resort of Levi, and is as close as you can get to Seven Kingdoms in Westeros.

And the villa also includes a hotel restaurants and bars as well as ice rides.
Created in collaboration with HBO Nordic, the rooms at Lapland Hotels Snow Village were created with 20 million kilograms of snow and 350,000 kilograms of ice taking 50 construction workers a month to build.

You can really immerse yourself into the Game of Throne experience here, as there are life-size statues and a frozen version of Braavos' Hall of Faces, which included a full size iron throne to sit in.
Other character sculptures in the rooms inlcude the Night King and Wun Wun.

Plus, if you really want to cement your status as a mega GoT fan, there's a chapel where you can get married inside the hotel.
It might be a fleeting visit though as guests are only recommended a one-night stay because of the cold temperatures and can stay someone warmer on the site for the rest of their trip away.

A stay in the unique Game of Throneshotel, which is located in the town of Kittilä (90 minutes from Helsinki by plane), will cost a minimum of £280 per night.
Other cosier accommodation includes log cabins and teepee cottages.
