The girl power phenomenon was huge with people even dressing up as their favourite Spice Girl (FYI, I was always Baby Spice).

Bria Madrid was at a Spice Girls concert in California in 1997 when she was just five-years-old, and she spotted a girl dressed as Baby Spice and asked for a photo with her.
Now more than 20 years later Bria came across the old photo and was shocked when she realised who the girl is.
The girl dressed as Baby Spice was only Gossip Girl star Blake Lively!
Blake, who would have been 10 or 11, at the time totally nailed the Baby Spice look.
Bria tweeted the photo with the caption: "Found a picture when I was 5 at my first concert. # SpiceGirls and took a picture with a girl dressed up as Baby Spice who I just realized now was @ blakelively."
The photo has now been liked 118K times and had 15K retweets. Even Blake Lively herself saw the photo and retweeted it with the comment: "My secret is out..."
Blake also shared the photo on her Instagram with the caption, "Pretending to be someone else... since 1997 (Thanks @briaaamadrid for the photo of us at the Spice Girls concert. Sorry -not sorry- I tricked you into thinking I was @emmaleebunton)."
Then the most perfect thing happened to make this story even more epic - Emma Bunton replied.
The original Baby Spice said: "So cute, you're rocking those pigtails @blakelively."
And as any real Baby Spice fan would do Blake freaked out and replied: "@emmaleebunton I'm officially. Forever bowing down to you. I cannot believe you know who I am. This will never be normal."
Bria was fangirling over Blake, Blake was fangirling over Emma. This is just the cutest thing ever.
