That's what we call friendship goals

There's nothing like an unlikely animal friendship to warm our hearts and this time, a dog and a pig have formed the most adorable bond after growing up together on a small farm.

Karma, a Vizsla, and Francis the pig - both aged one - have been filmed playing together by their owner, Jesse Couch, 37, from Virginia, US.

The sweet clip shows the two animals jumping around and chasing each across the living room.

At one point, the double act can be seen chilling on the rug, with Karma's paw casually resting on Francis' shoulder.

The best friends also share their home with four other dogs and three pigs and have formed a very close bond, with Jesse revealing a day doesn't go by without them playing together.

In the clip, the playful pair can be seen bouncing around before play-fighting each other.

But, it seems Karma is a little more energetic than Francis, with the little pig attempting to have a nap towards the end of the video - much to the dog's frustration who clearly wants to continue the fun.

"Karma and Francis were babies at the same time, which is one of the reasons they are closer," said Jesse.

"Our animal crew is very intermingled, and Karma loves the farm animals, but she and Francis are particularly close and a day doesn't go by without them playing together."

They're not the only unlikely duo we've told you about this week.

A tiny chihuahua puppy and a great dane have formed a close bond after meeting at an animal rescue centre.

The pair became inseparable after founder of the Dogwood Animal Rescue centre, Shirley Zindler, gave the tiny pup a home after her mum passed away in labour.

The furry friends formed a close bond and have been inseparable ever since.
