The Pride flag is flying proudly at London Zoo's Penguin Beach this month, and the adorable inhabitants are going to be hosting a Pride party of their very own.
A banner that reads "Some penguins are gay, get over it" has popped up in their enclosure, and it's a pint-sized ode to Stonewall's iconic "Get Over It" campaign.
Leading the celebrations are same-sex couple Ronnie and Reggie, a pair of Humboldt penguins who have been together since 2014.

According to the zoo the feathered duo are as strong as ever and can often be found snuggled up together in their nest box. (We're not crying, you're crying!)
But it's not all cuddling and nesting, the lovebirds have parent duty to contend with, too. A year after hooking up the couple famously adopted an egg that had been abandoned by another penguin pair and went on to co-parent their chick, Kyton, right up until he fledged the nest.
Ronnie and Reggie aren't the only same-sex duo that call Penguin Beach home. There's also Nadja and Simmer plus Dev and Martin, not to mention Rainbow, a one-year-old chick who hatched during last year's Pride celebrations and will be celebrating her first birthday this weekend.
Little Rainbow's certainly going to have a birthday to remember, because ZSL will be hosting a special Pride-themed "Zoo Night" on Friday 5th July, with all 93 Humboldt penguins joining in the festivities.

The Pride celebrations will still be going strong across the rest of the weekend, ZSL's LGBT+ society will be marching in the London Pride Parade on Saturday 6th July and on Sunday 7th July, ZSL will host Rainbow Families, a storytelling show about self-love that's hosted by drag artist Mamma G.
Will Ronnie and Reggie be tying the knot any time soon? We've got our fingers tightly crossed, after all it's been a whole four months since fellow Humboldt penguins Ferrari and Pringle got hitched at a same-sex ceremony in the Cotswolds - complete with a chauffeur-driven Bentley and a wedding breakfast of sprats, no less.
