I'm sure, by now, we've all seen the viral Kim Kardashian outfit pics at the Met Gala.
From people slamming her 'unhealthy' look and hitting out at her 'weird' grey cardigan all the way to - it's clear that fans and critics alike have been rushing in to weigh in on the discourse about The Kardashians star's controversial ensemble.
Met Gala fans were also quick to share their concerns for Kim's breathing - which she addressed - as well as pointing out her struggles with walking given her bizarre shoe choice.
And now, fans have spotted yet another apparent area for concern - namely that Kim's lips appeared to look 'blue' at times throughout the evening, viewers claimed.

One X (formerly Twitter) user wrote: "Kim Kardashian with blue lips, barely able to breathe due to extreme corseting at #MetGala. Extreme corseting is an S/M practice, but is KK consenting? And should she be?
"This extreme look sends all kinds of wrong messaging."
Another joked: "I'm sorry but coming to an event with your lips blue, skin pale, barely able to speak because you can't breathe in your corset is a level of old Hollywood glamour is appreciate.
"Kim Kardashian come get your tens."
And a third claimed: "She looks like she’s in pain and about to pass out.

Tyla has contacted Kim's reps for comment.
Now, while others loved Kim's look and reckoned the cause for apparent concern about the star's appearance was a bit 'exaggerated', having blue or grey skin or lips is no laughing matter.
The condition, which is officially known as cyanosis, the NHS warns can be a sign of a 'serious' problem.
How to tell if you have cyanosis?
The NHS warns that if you have cyanosis, you may notice a blue or grey colour on your:

- lips
- tongue
- gums
- skin (black or brown skin may turn grey - this may be easier to see on the palms of the hands, soles of the feet, lips, gums and inside the eyelids)
- ears
- under your nails
Your hands and feet are usually a normal temperature but may be cold if you also have poor blood circulation - which can be a cause of cyanosis.
What are the causes of cyanosis?
According to the NHS, cyanosis happens when there's not enough oxygen in your blood, or you have poor blood circulation.

It can be caused by a serious problem with your organs, such as:
- lungs, like asthma or pneumonia
- airways, like choking or croup
- heart, like heart failure or congenital heart disease
Other causes of cyanosis also include:

- Raynaud's, which affects your fingers and toes
- beta blockers, medicines used to treat high blood pressure
- a blood clot that stops the blood supply to a limb
- being in cold air or water
- wearing clothing or jewellery that's too tight
