Taylor Swift fans flood Kim Kardashian's comment section with same message after new album 'diss' track

Taylor Swift fans flood Kim Kardashian's comment section with same message after new album 'diss' track

Taylor Swift’s ‘unhinged’ song allegedly about Kim Kardashian has fans in hysteria.

A song from Taylor Swift's latest album has fans in hysteria.

The 'Karma' singer released a brand new album, named The Tortured Poet's Department, just this morning - and there’s a lot to unpack.

But one in particular has caught a lot of people’s attention.

The song is called ‘thanK you aIMee’, and if you just take a second look at the letters highlighted in the title of that track, you might notice it spells out a certain name.

It is, of course, Kim - which many have interpreted as being a reference to Kim Kardashian.

And this revelation led people to take a further look at the lyrics.

The song itself is about a fictionalised bully named Aimee from Swift's hometown and a supposed feud between the pair.

"All that time you were throwing punches, I was buildin' somethin' / And I can’t forgive the way you made me feel / Screamed 'F–k you, Aimee' to the night sky, as the blood was gushing / But I can’t forget the way you made me heal." Swift sings in the chorus.

While she continues in the second verse: "And it wasn’t a fair fight, or a clean kill / Each time that Aimee stomped across my gravе / And then she wrote hеadlines / In the local paper, laughing at each baby step I’d take."

Another verse says: "And one day, your kid comes home singin' / A song that only us two is gonna know is about you," with many theorising that this was in reference to Kim's daughter, North West, dancing to Swift's 'Shake It Off' in a TikTok video.

And fans were quick to hop on social media to share their disbelief.

One person took to X to claim: “Omfg thanK you aIMee is about Kim Kardashian.

“This album is SO UNHINGEDDDD.”

Another added: “thanK you aIMee is WILD.

“Kim did something so egregious she really put her name as a secret message in a SONG TITLE a whole eight years later.”

And since then, Kim's recent Instagram posts have been spammed with the name of the song.

The Kardashian's star has not yet responded to the many comments.

Tyla has contacted Kardashian and Swift's reps for comment.

Writing about the album to her fans on Instagram, Swift said: “This period of the author’s life is now over, the chapter closed and boarded up.

“There is nothing to avenge, no scores to settle once wounds have healed.

“And upon further reflection, a good number of them turned out to be self-inflicted.

“This writer is of the firm belief that our tears become holy in the form of ink on a page.

“Once we have spoken our saddest story, we can be free of it.”
